Vijay Walunj

Vijay Walunj, Ph.D., currently serves as a Staff Software Engineer at Teladoc Health, where responsibilities include leading technical product integration for the Intervention Pathway Engine (IPE) platform and conducting extensive research to optimize value-based care. Previously, Vijay held positions as Technical Lead in R&D at Teladoc, Advisory Board Member for Design Thinking at Missouri State University, and Senior Software Engineer at H&R Block, managing multiple teams and stakeholders in the development of Proforma tools. Additional experience includes roles as Application Developer II at Ericsson, Senior Software Developer at Miles Software Solutions, Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies, and various research assistant positions. Vijay's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Software Analytics from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Harvard University, and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Computers, respectively, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the University of Mumbai.
