Rob W. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rob started their career at American Express in 1996, where they worked as a Team/Project Manager in Payment Processing Services for 13 years. In 2009, they joined Florida Career College as the Director of Admissions, a position they held for two years. In 2011, Rob joined INTTRA and took on various roles, including Customer Service Manager, Sr. Manager of Service Delivery, and eventually Vice President and Global Head of Service Delivery. At INTTRA, Rob successfully transformed the customer service operation from a cost center to a revenue center, significantly increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. In 2020, they joined Telaid Industries, Inc. as the Vice President of Service Delivery.
Rob W. received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. Rob then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the same university, completing it in 2009.
