Jean-François PONS has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jean-François started their career at STMicroelectronics in 2012 as a PHD Design Architecture Engineer, where they worked until 2015. Jean-François then joined CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique as a Researcher for the year 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Postdoctoral researcher at Aix-Marseille Université for the first half of the year. During the same year, they co-founded WitMonki and held different roles within the company, including Co-Founder & CTO from 2017 to 2020 and as Co-Founder & Scientific and technical advisor from September 2020 onwards. Additionally, since September 2020, they have also been working as an Embedded systems and AI Engineer at Telaqua.

Jean-François PONS started their education at École Polytechnique from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering. After that, they pursued further studies and attended Polytechnique Montréal from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering. Continuing their academic journey, they joined Aix-Marseille University from 2012 to 2015 and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical fields. In terms of additional certifications, Jean-François obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in May 2016.
