Colin Russell

Colin Russell has a diverse work experience background. Colin is currently the Director of Service Delivery at Telavox, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at eRate AS from 2012 to 2022, starting as the Head of Projects and Development and later becoming the Project and Project Portfolio Manager. In these roles, Colin managed customer implementation and upgrade projects, grew the project management team, introduced a project framework specific to eRate's needs, and established a project portfolio management process. Before joining eRate AS, Colin served as the Chief of Staff Campaign Signal Brigade at the Ministry of Defence from 2010 to 2012 and as a Squadron Commander and Communications Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence from 2008 to 2010. Colin also worked as a Military Consultant at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratories from 2006 to 2008, where they served as a critical link between the military and technical personnel, influenced research, addressed immediate military issues, and evaluated cost/benefit analysis of military equipment.

Colin Russell earned a Master of Science degree in Design of Information Systems from Cranfield University in 2002-2003.
