Theresa White

Theresa White is currently a Client Success Representative at Telcion. Prior to that, they were a Summer Intern at Telcion Communications Group from June 2020 to August 2020. In this role, they worked with a variety of departments, including Executive, Sales, Admin, Procurement, and Engineering. Theresa was responsible for daily administrative duties, as well as working on various projects from each department. Theresa gained experience in Quickbooks, ConnectWise, IT Glue, and Cisco Webex through this internship.

Before their time at Telcion Communications Group, Theresa was an Accounting Tutor at Fresno City College from January 2020 to October 2020. Theresa was also an Administrative Personal Assistant from September 2017 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks.

Theresa White has a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Colorado State University, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Fresno City College, and a High School Diploma from AmeriKiwi Academy. Theresa also has certification from HubSpot Academy in Social Media Marketing Certification and Cisco in Cisco Customer Success Manager (CSM) certification.
