Alex Kogan

Alex Kogan has a significant amount of work experience in various roles and positions. Their most recent position is as the Head of Quality Assurance at Fornova, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the System Integration & Validation Group Manager at OSR R&D Israel LTD from 2020, specializing in Automotive Cybersecurity.

Before that, Alex worked as the Director of QA at Telco Systems starting in 2018. During their time at Telco Systems, they were responsible for transforming the QA organization, developing quality assurance strategies and processes, and managing a team of 25 engineers. Alex also designed and executed automation tests.

In their previous roles, Alex worked as the Professional Services Manager at AVT from 2008 to 2018, overseeing highly regulated projects and providing professional services to customers. Prior to that, they held various positions at Nokia Siemens Networks as a QA Group Manager, RAD Data Communications as a QA Team Leader, and Lucent Technology as an Electronic Technician.

Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated a strong focus on quality assurance, project management, and developing a quality-centric culture within organizations. Alex has experience in automotive cybersecurity, embedded systems security, connected devices, and connected vehicle ecosystems.

Alex Kogan attended Azerbaijan Technological University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Master's degree in an unspecified field of study.
