Earl Sheard has a strong work experience in the field of networking and technical support. Earl started their career in 2000 as a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer at 3Com Corporation, where they worked for 10 years. In 2010, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Consultant IV and later transitioned to the role of Tier 3 Support Engineer. During their time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Earl utilized their knowledge of TCP/IP and other network protocols to resolve complex routing and switching issues. Earl also collaborated with customers, sales, and technical staff to implement LAN, WAN, and WLAN network designs, as well as firewall and VPN implementation. In 2021, Earl joined Hub Technical Services as a Network Engineer, where they worked for a year before joining Telco Systems | Edgility in 2022 as a Professional Services Engineer.
Earl Sheard obtained an Associates Degree in Information Technology from Wayne State University. Earl attended the university from 1978 to 1980.
