Troy Dale

Troy Dale has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Troy currently serves as the Regional Sales Director for the Southeast Region at Telco Systems, a leading vendor of innovative network communication solutions. In this role, Troy is responsible for providing high levels of service innovation to customers.

Prior to joining Telco Systems, Troy worked at Ciena for six years, from 2015 to 2021. Troy held the position of Senior Systems Engineer, where they supported the Windstream account and the Southeast Tier 3 Service Provider Sales Team. During their time at Ciena, Troy gained experience in packet optical and Carrier Ethernet roles.

Before Ciena, Troy worked at Cyan, Inc. as a Sr. Systems Sales Engineer from 2012 to 2015. Troy provided sales engineering support to Windstream in building a packet optical network.

Troy's career in the telecommunications industry began in 1986 at Alltel Wireline, which later became Windstream. Troy held various positions including Transport/Access Engineer, Applications Engineer, and Network Technician. During their tenure at Alltel Wireline, Troy gained extensive experience in the field.

Troy Dale obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law, beginning in 1996 and completing their studies in 2002. Troy has also obtained a certification as a MEF 2.0 Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional from the Metro Ethernet Forum in May 2014.
