Boaz Yardeni

Boaz Yardeni is the current VP and Head of Global R&D at Telco Systems. Boaz has previously served as EVP, Head of Global Technology Division at ECI Telecom from January 2007 to December 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the Global R&D Division of about 1000 team members across 5 excellence centers worldwide. Boaz's responsibilities included Systems architecture and design, HW/SW development, Engineering, and Customer Support across all company portfolio of products. Boaz led elaborate transformation in areas of E2E architectural design, Agile methodologies, DevOps, Delivery acceleration, SW maturity, improved collaboration and significantly expanding the Target Addressable Market (TAM) of the company.

From January 1999 to December 2007, Boaz served as VP & Global CIO at Comverse. In this role, they led the Global IT division of 250 employees with an annual budget of $40M.

Boaz has also served as General Manager at Omarim Technologies from January 1998 to December 1999 and as Senior Director, Engineering & Quality at Lannet from January 1997 to December 1998.

From January 1989 to December 1997, Boaz served as VP Operations at Talla-Com Industries Inc.

Boaz Yardeni received their B. Sc. in Industrial Management & Information Systems from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
