Liliana Simoes Carvalho

Liliana Simoes Carvalho has a diverse range of work experience in design. Liliana Simoes is currently the Head of Design at TelcoSwitch, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Design Lead at the same company starting in June 2020. Liliana also worked as a Design Ninja at TelcoSwitch since November 2015, where they were responsible for art direction, brand development, and creating visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.

Before joining TelcoSwitch, Liliana worked as a Freelance Designer from April 2013 to October 2015. Liliana Simoes specialized in visual and graphic design, digital art, and illustration, with experience in creating catalogs, lookbooks, visual identities, websites, and e-commerce platforms.

Additionally, Liliana has worked as a Graphic Designer at Monreal London from April 2014 to September 2015. Liliana Simoes also had a role as a Product Designer at the Design Laboratory at Central Saint Martins College in 2012.

Liliana Simoes'searlier experiences include working as a Designer at LINE.IPT - Industrial and Engineering Research Laboratory from September 2010 to August 2011, and as a Project Developer/Designer at Rimopower from September 2008 to February 2010, where they were involved in FTTH network projects and technical drawing using AutoCAD software.

Liliana Simoes Carvalho has a Master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduation in Industrial and Product Design at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa from 2010 to 2011. Liliana Simoes'sundergraduate education was also at Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, where they earned a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Product Design between 2001 and 2007.
