Zarina Dossayeva

Zarina Dossayeva has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Zarina began their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Pre-Sales Manager, where they successfully developed business opportunities and increased the company's market share. Zarina then worked at Winncom Technologies as a Pre-Sales Manager, leading technical and commercial support for new and existing business opportunities. After that, they joined CTI as a Key Account Manager, driving business growth and creating advanced sales strategies. Zarina then became a Product Manager at Kcell JSC, where they led the technical product and service offering launches for a mobile network operator. Currently, they are the Head of New B2C/B2B Project Implementation Group in the Product Development Department at Tele2 Kazakhstan, where they lead a team of project managers in bringing complex B2B/B2C products to market.

Zarina Dossayeva holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. Zarina also has a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Systems from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and The Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org.
