Brad Bihun currently serves as the Head of Operations at Tele911, where Brad focuses on redirecting patients who may not require an ambulance to the ER, aiming to reduce unnecessary hospital visits and healthcare costs. With a background in the Fire Service and as a Technology Consultant, Brad has been dedicated to educating first responders on toxic hazards and proper decontamination methods. Prior to their current role, Brad worked as a Fire Engineer at Escondido Fire Department for over 16 years.
