Sylain Soucy

Sylain Soucy possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having held multiple roles focused on network operations and broadband services. Currently serving as a Senior Noc Technician for both Bell since September 2015 and Telebec since 2005, Sylain's expertise spans across various levels of technical support, including previous positions as a NOC Technician and 1st Line Internet Helpdesk at Telebec and Bell Aliant from 2007. Sylain is an alumnus of Cegep de l'Abitibi-Temiscamingue, contributing to a well-rounded background in technical operations within the field.
