Holly Borso

Holly Borso has accumulated extensive experience in mental health administration and operations, currently serving as the Director of Specialty Populations DD/ID and Regional Director of Operations for Washington at Telecare Corporation since October 2017. Previously, Holly held positions such as State Hospital Civil Populations Manager at BHSIA and Regional Director West at Recovery Innovations. In earlier roles, Holly served as the Psychiatric Services Integration Manager with DSHS - BHSIA and Mental Health Administrator at the State of Washington. Holly's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Counseling from Saint Martin's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from Central Washington University, complemented by further studies at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.
