Marshall Langfeld

Marshall Langfeld is a Board Member at Telecare Corporation. Prior to joining Telecare Corporation, Mr. Langfeld served as Vice President and Controller at Cambridge Group, Inc. from May 1984 to February 1988. While at Cambridge Group, Mr. Langfeld was responsible for all financial reporting, accounting and information systems activities. Mr. Langfeld joined Cambridge Group during the start-up phase and developed financial reporting systems and accounting policies and procedures. Mr. Langfeld also performed financial analysis of potential acquisitions and assisted the Chief Financial Officer in acquisition financing. In addition, Mr. Langfeld coordinated the annual budget process, prepared third-party cost reports, and developed a financial reporting package for internal analysis and reporting to venture capital investors.

Before joining Cambridge Group, Mr. Langfeld worked at KPMG from August 1980 to April 1984, where they served as Supervising Senior. At KPMG, Mr. Langfeld supervised audit engagements in the healthcare and financial services industries. Marshall has significant experience with publicly held companies and S.E.C. reporting requirements. In addition, Mr. Langfeld attained the “Computer Audit Specialist” designation and served as a national instructor for audit training seminars.

Marshall Langfeld graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a BS Accounting with High Distinction. Marshall is a Certified Public Accountant and has certifications from the State of Missouri and State of Texas.
