Naquiela Buckner-Smith

Naquiela Buckner-Smith is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in clinical case management, human resources, and student support. Currently serving as a Clinical Case Manager at Telecare Corporation since February 2020, Naquiela also holds the position of Human Resources Specialist with the U.S. Army Reserve since January 2002.
