Rachel Cavalheiro

Rachel Cavalheiro, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of mental health and health information technology, currently serving as the Director of Health Information Technology and Regional Administrator at Telecare Corporation since April 2011. Prior to this role, Rachel gained extensive experience at Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, where Rachel worked as Program Director and Mental Health Therapist from September 2000 to March 2011. Rachel obtained a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology - San Diego between 1995 and 2003, and earlier earned a BA in Psychology from Boston University from 1991 to 1995.
