Eno Akosua Darkoa Adu-Gyamfi is a seasoned professional at Vodafone Ghana, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Performance for the Enterprise Business Unit since October 2014. Eno has held various roles, including Business Performance Manager, where responsibilities included prioritizing demand for data and analytical solutions, building advanced analytical models, and transitioning performance measurement tools to self-service platforms. Eno's background also encompasses driving enterprise budgeting cycles, performing commercial strategy analyses, and optimizing vendor relations. Prior experience includes impactful sales growth at Vivis Bakery and contributions as a Fixed Voice Specialist intern at Vodafone Ghana.
