Robert Goeritzer

Robert Goeritzer has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and development. Robert is currently working as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead at TeleClinic, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Lead Software Engineer at TeleClinic from November 2020.

Before joining TeleClinic, Robert worked at CryptoTax as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2018 to October 2020. Robert played a key role in leading the development of CryptoTax's B2B product offerings and improving their tax engine API. Robert also developed a capital gains tax API solution with complex integrations with German interfaces.

From July 2018 to October 2018, Robert worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Dynatrace. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Stylight from January 2015 to May 2018. At Stylight, they were responsible for developing their e-commerce website and coordinating cross-team implementations.

Robert also has experience working as a Software Engineer at Tasktop Technologies from September 2013 to March 2015, where they developed web-based applications and services. Robert was also responsible for extending and maintaining Tasktop's product licensing services and developing software solutions for the QA department.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked as a Software Engineer and Consultant at KPMG IT Advisory from May 2011 to June 2013. Robert was involved in the development of an online software solution and implemented various customer-specific software systems. Robert also worked as a Software Engineer at Conference Compass on a fixed-term employment basis in 2011, where they worked on the migration of a mobile conference application.

Robert began their career as an intern at Exact Software in various software engineering roles. Robert conducted research and designed techniques for software change impact analysis and developed a static analysis tool. Robert also worked as a Software Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where they were responsible for extending and maintaining an internal KPI reporting tool and developing an application monitoring tool.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong technical and leadership skills, as well as a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Robert Goeritzer earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Universität Klagenfurt, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Robert later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to their university education, Robert attended the Higher School for Technical Education (HTL) in Villach, Austria, from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 from the Microsoft Specialist institution in June 2013 and in Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance in January 2012.
