Charles Lee Ying is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as Manager of Field Operations South at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT) since August 2010. Previously held roles include Senior Manager for Network & Service Performance and Assurance and Labs and Innovation, where involvement focused on new technology projects. Charles has also managed Broadband and Entertainment Systems, overseeing daily operations to ensure optimal performance of broadband Internet and IPTV services. Earlier career highlights include acting management in Network Administration and Risk & Security Administration, as well as a Systems Engineer role responsible for network device installations and troubleshooting. Experience at Scotiabank involved support of the bank's infrastructure across Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, and Belize. Charles holds a BSc in Computing and Information Systems from the School of Business and Computer Science.
