Reza Hosein

Reza Hosein has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Acting General Manager of Wireless Solutions at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad & Tobago Limited (TSTT) since February 2006. Reza has held various leadership roles at TSTT, including responsibilities for managing the Wireless Solutions Line of Business, overseeing the installation and repair programs for various customer segments, and leading innovation initiatives to drive revenue growth. Reza's accomplishments include significantly reducing customer fault tickets through effective management strategies and overseeing the launch of digital terrestrial TV services. Prior experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where Reza contributed to network engineering and packet optimization projects. Reza holds a Master of Science in Communications Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
