Amanda Armstrong

Amanda Armstrong is an experienced executive in the fields of culture, capability, and communications, currently serving as the Executive General Manager at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman since August 2023. Prior roles include Executive Director of External Engagement at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and Executive Director of People & Culture at Eastern Health. With significant leadership experience at organizations such as Peninsula Health and Kaplan, Amanda has held various positions focused on people, communications, and philanthropy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Counselling from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Adelaide, and a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney, among others.
