A James (Jim) Puff

Jim Puff has over twenty-five years of experience as the Founder and Chairman of Tele-Direct Call Centers, a premier telephone call and contact center with over 500 employees. A James (Jim) specializes in inbound and outbound order entry, lead generation, and advertising response for companies looking to outsource these services. Additionally, Jim has worked as a Real Estate Consultant and Entrepreneur Investor since 2002. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sunrise Bank, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, where they developed and managed the Mortgage Banking Division. A James (Jim) was also the Founder, President, and CEO of River City Mortgage Corporation.

Jim Puff began their education at Concordia Lutheran High School, where they attended from 1962 to 1966. During their time there, they pursued the field of study in ROTC. After completing high school, Jim went on to attend American River College from 1971 to 1974. At the college, they focused on Real Estate but did not obtain a specific degree. In 1973, Jim obtained the California Real Estate Brokers License from the state of California, further enhancing their qualifications in the field.
