Don Hersh

Don Hersh has extensive experience in operational execution and facility management, currently serving as the Sr. Director, Operational Execution & Facility Management at Teledyne Brown Engineering since October 2000. In this role, Don is responsible for resource allocation and task execution within cost and schedule parameters, also overseeing facility management for multiple locations while reporting to the CFO/VP of Finance. Previous roles at Teledyne include Sr. Director of Administrative Compliance and Business & Facility Management, where Don guided business unit activities to meet organizational goals. Prior to Teledyne, Don managed manufacturing operations at Saint-Gobain Crystals & Detectors for over 16 years. Don holds an MBA from The University of Alabama and a BA in Business Management from Hiram College, with ongoing education at Eckerd College and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
