Tito Holguin

Tito Holguin, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa as an HR Administrator and Training Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of Human Resource Administrator. In 2000, Tito joined AppleOne Employment Services as an Account Executive/Recruiter, where they were responsible for client management, recruiting, and applicant sourcing. In 2003, Tito joined Teledyne Scientific & Imaging, initially as an HR Generalist, and then progressed to the role of Recruiting Manager. In this role, they managed the recruiting function, developed compliance and regulatory programs, and oversaw the onboarding process. In 2014, Tito was promoted to the position of Human Resource Director, where they continue to contribute their expertise to the company.

Tito Holguin, PHR pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Multicultural Studies at California State University, Chico. This educational journey concluded in 1997.
