Bruen Tucker

Bruen Tucker has extensive experience in international tax and M&A. Currently, they are the Senior Director of International Tax and M&A at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. In this role, they are responsible for analyzing tax planning, supporting M&A projects, managing global transfer pricing, and handling foreign tax controversies. Prior to this, they worked at GMT Associates LLC as a Director, where they provided international tax consulting services and worked with major Portland-based companies. Bruen also worked as a Tax Managing Director at KPMG and as a Principal at Arthur Andersen, where they headed the M&A team. Earlier in their career, they served as the Worldwide Head of Tax Department at Mentor Europe and as a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen, specializing in cross-border planning and expatriate taxation.

Bruen Tucker attended Mississippi State University from 1979 to 1980, where they studied Accounting, Business, French, and Spanish. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University between 1969 and 1974, focusing on Philosophy, French, Religion, and Economics.
