Melissa Flowerdew

Melissa Flowerdew currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the Environmental and Electronic Measurement Instrumentation (EEMI) Segment at Teledyne Technologies, a position held since June 2009. In this role, Melissa Flowerdew is responsible for providing strategic support and guidance for the EEMI HR Team and partners closely with the Segment President and various General Managers to align HR goals with segment needs. Prior to this, Melissa Flowerdew worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Harris Corporation from September 2006 to January 2009, where responsibilities included managing employee relations across multiple sites, particularly with expertise in California labor laws. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management from Regis University and a BSBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
