Ole Søe-Pedersen

Ole Søe-Pedersen has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ole started their career in 1995 at TDC, where they worked in various finance departments before becoming a manager for financial reporting and budgeting. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group, focusing on improving processes within the backoffice area. Ole then joined GN Store Nord in 2003 as the Director of Financial Systems and Planning, responsible for three consolidation and management reporting systems. In 2006, they moved to Interton Hörgeräte GmbH (Resound) as the Finance Director and later joined GN ReSound Germany as the Finance Director/Kaufmannische Leiter. In 2009, they became the CFO of Arvid Nilsson A/S, a leading manufacturer and distributor of fitting equipment. Ole then joined Teledyne Marine Acoustic Imaging in 2011 as the CFO and later became the VP and General Manager of the company. Currently, they hold the position of VP & General Manager at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, overseeing Teledyne Marine Imaging and Teledyne Marine Europe.

Ole Søe-Pedersen obtained a degree in Accounting and Financial Controlling, known as Cand. Merc., from Aarhus University in the period from 1990 to 1995. Prior to that, Ole attended Kolding Amtsgymnasium from 1985 to 1988.
