Cathal O'Reilly

Cathal O'Reilly is an experienced leader in strategic operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Strategy and Enterprise Excellence at Teleflex Incorporated since 2018. O'Reilly has a strong background in enterprise-wide transformation, having previously held key roles such as Global Head of Enterprise Excellence and Senior Director of Working Capital Optimisation at DePuy Synthes. With a focus on optimizing supply chain practices and improving overall performance, O'Reilly has successfully led initiatives that freed significant cash flow and enhanced product quality. O'Reilly's career also includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, where quality operations and strategic management were central, and a past as a visiting lecturer at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
