Catherine Jameson has extensive experience in IT service support, currently serving as Senior Manager Global Service Support at Teleflex since August 2008. In this role, Catherine oversees support and escalation for 12 Teleflex sites throughout EMEA and has previously held positions such as IT Service Support Manager EMEA and IT Customer Advocate EMEA, where responsibilities included liaising between customers and IT groups to enhance service quality and manage critical incidents.
