Dori Garcia Diaz

Dori Garcia Diaz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Global Performance Management and EMEA Talent Development at Teleflex since December 2009. In this role, Dori oversees international compensation, performance management for functional leaders, and leadership development training, alongside responsibilities as the European HR Director and HRBP for Iberia. Previously, Dori held positions as a Senior HR Consultant at Hertz, focusing on global onboarding and performance management, and HR Manager at Creative Labs, managing HR services for the European HQ and supporting various departments. Early career experience includes roles as an HR Executive and Med Team Leader at Harte-Hanks. Dori holds an Advance Diploma in Personal Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, leadership certification from Achieve Global, and degrees in Personnel Management from the National College of Ireland.
