Andrei George Ciocan

Andrei George Ciocan serves as an Experto en Ciberseguridad at Telefónica Tech since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity. Previously, at VASS from November 2022 to June 2025, Andrei undertook roles such as Técnic de ciberseguridad de incidentes entorno OT Ferroviario (Nozomi) and Consultor de Ciberseguridad, specializing in both Blue Team and Red Team operations while managing network access control with Forescout and conducting intrusion testing. Prior to VASS, Andrei worked as a Consultor de Ciberseguridad at Bidaidea and a Consultor IT at VicMartin, where responsibilities included anomaly investigation, backup systems management, and firewall analysis. Andrei began in the security field at Prosegur, while education includes multiple cybersecurity certifications and a Master's in Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking.
