Manuel Cajoto Valladar

Manuel Cajoto Valladar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Manuel currently holds the position of Head of Software Cloud at Telefónica Tech, where they are responsible for leading a development team to build and support a cloud native platform for B2B connectivity services. Manuel is also leading a separate team to develop a cloud native platform for delivering Fortinet SASE solutions to customers.

Prior to their current role, Manuel worked at Telefónica as a Technical Lead in Connectivity Innovation and as a Cloud Architect in Edge Computing & NaaS. At NAGRA, they served as a Senior Cloud Engineer/Architect and a Site Reliability and Security Engineer, among other roles. Manuel also gained experience at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Senior IPTV engineer and at Telefonica Innovation as an IPTV engineer.

Manuel's work experience showcases their expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network infrastructure. Manuel has consistently held technical leadership roles and has a strong background in software development, DevOps, and system engineering.

Manuel Cajoto Valladar received their education from 2000 to 2004 at Alcala de Henares University, where they earned a degree in Technical Engineering of Telecommunication with a specialization in Telematics. In addition to their degree, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from Amazon Web Services in January 2019.
