Yolanda Hernández

Yolanda Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Yolanda currently holds the position of Head of Labour Relations & Global People Operations at Telefónica Tech since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Gerente de RR.HH. at Telefónica Ingeniería de Seguridad from March 2019 to August 2020.

Before joining Telefónica, Yolanda held various roles at different companies. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Tempotel as Jefe del Dpto Comercial y Selección de personal, where they provided assistance and analysis to the HR department on personnel needs and policies. From 2014 to 2015, they were Responsable de RRHH y Organización at Plataforma de Sinergias, where they focused on recruiting and training employees.

Yolanda also has experience in office management and customer relationship management.
