Ben Darlington-Smith

Ben Darlington-Smith is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the design and engineering sector, currently employed at Telehouse Europe since October 2022. Previously, Ben contributed to the BE1 Mission Critical design department at Arup from May 2019 to October 2022, specializing in data centers. Prior to that, Ben worked at Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) as a Mechanical Design Engineer from May 2016 to May 2019, focusing on Mechanical design for Mission Critical environments and implementing BIM workflows. Ben began the career as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Idom Merebrook Ltd from March 2015 to May 2016, providing design work primarily for residential refurbishments. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University, obtained in 2014.
