Sachi Fujii

Sachi Fujii has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. They started their career at OKI (UK) LIMITED as a Manager in the Engineering department before moving on to Oki Data Corporation as a Corporate Strategy & Planning Officer. They then worked at Capgemini Consulting as Head of the Order Fulfilment Solution Centre of Excellence in the EMEA region. Subsequently, they joined Schlumberger Sema Consulting as a SupplyChain Solution Lead/Principal Consultant, where they contributed to the setup of an operational excellence team and led a national project. At Atos KPMG Consulting, they served as a Principal before transitioning to Atos Consulting as a Principal & Business Development Manager. During their time at Atos Consulting, they worked on various projects related to telecom, process manufacturing, finance, and professional services. They also held the role of Director at Tenma Consulting and Interim Director of Business Process Optimization at Telehouse Engineering. Currently, Sachi Fujii is the Business Process Optimization / DX Transformation Director at Telehouse Europe, where they are responsible for customer experience, operational excellence, and digital transformation programs.

Sachi Fujii has a diverse education history. In 1980, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Linguistics from Waseda University. Sachi later pursued an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, completing it in 1996.

In recent years, Sachi has focused on digital transformation and leadership in technology. From 2022 to 2023, they attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and obtained a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation. During this period, Sachi also earned additional certifications from MIT Professional Education, including the "Professional Certificate Program in Digital Transformation" and the "Professional Certificate Program in Digital Transformation - Fire Hydrant Award," both obtained in July 2023.

Furthermore, in 2022, Sachi completed the "Leadership & Innovation" certification from MIT Professional Education. Sachi also pursued specialized training in designing two-sided markets from APIs to future roadmaps through the "Digital Transformation" certification at MIT. Additionally, Sachi obtained a certification titled "Digital Transformation: From AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain and Cybersecurity OCT22" in October 2022.

Before their MIT education, Sachi attended a leadership course at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2021.
