Joseph McDonald

Joseph McDonald has worked in various roles throughout their career. Joseph began their career at IBM Global Services as a Consultant from an unknown start date to 2014. Joseph then worked at Transbeam as a Field Technician from April 2015 to March 2016, and later as a Service Delivery Professional from April 2016 to February 2017. Following that, they joined Alphaserve Technologies® as an Incident Coordinator from July 2017 to October 2020. Currently, Joseph is employed at KDDI America, Inc. and TELEHOUSE America as a Data Center Technician from February 2021 to the present.

Joseph McDonald attended Penn State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Supply Chain Management: A Learning Perspective" in December 2014, "Think Again: How to Reason and Argue" in December 2014, and "Introduction to Communication Science" in August 2014.
