Boris Sokolov has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Boris started their career as a web developer at Artisoft in 1998, before moving on to IOM in 1999 as a software developer and database administrator, where they worked on software support for refugees. In 1999, Boris joined T-Mobile as a software development specialist, eventually rising to the position of Head of IT CRM Unit. Boris was responsible for managing the IT office for Customer Relationship Management at Makedonski Telekom AD from 2017. Currently, Boris is the Head of Managed Services at ITgma, where they also served as the Head of CRM software development and operation team. Throughout their career, Boris has gained extensive experience in managing IT offices, developing and operating CRM software, and leading teams in the telecommunications industry.

Boris Sokolov attended Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje from 1991 to 1997. Boris obtained a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in 2018, an Azure Fundamentals certification from Semos Education in 2018, and a German Language A2 certificate from Ghoethe Institut in 2009. Boris also holds various certifications from Oracle University, including Fundamentals of Business Analysis (Siebel 8.0) in 2009, Oracle Forms & Reports Developer 10g: Move to the Web in 2008, Advanced PL/SQL in 2004, and Create Servlets and Java Servlet Pages in 2003. Boris has additional certifications from Ericsson Telecom AB, including AXE Operation handling LZU 1081452 in 2001 and SSF/SCF Operation and Maintenance: (MVPN) LZU 1083634:1 in 2001.
