Snezana Tilovska

Snezana Tilovska has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Customer Technical Services Support Stream Leader and Head of Technical Service Support Unit at Makedonski Telekom AD since November 2014. Previously, Snezana held multiple positions at Makedonski Telekomunikacii, including Head of Field Operations Support Department since December 2009, and at Makedonski Telekom AD from February 1997 to November 2009 as Head of Operating and Maintenance Department and Specialist for Telecommunications. Snezana holds a PhD in Computer Science from FEIT (2014) and a Master’s Degree in Modeling of Router in Core Network from FEIT (2002), alongside an MsC in Computer Science from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje (2001).
