Bertha Makuku

Bertha Makuku has a diverse work experience in telecommunications companies in Malawi. Bertha started their career at Airtel Malawi Plc in 2007 as a Customer Care Executive and later worked as a Shop Sales Assistant. In 2009, they became a Customer Care Executive at Airtel Malawi Plc again. In 2011, they joined Telekom Networks Malawi Limited as a Call Centre Agent, where they resolved product or service problems and attracted potential customers. Bertha eventually progressed to roles such as Mobile Money Operations Official and Contract Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Account Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited.

Bertha Makuku attended the Malawi Institute of Management from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
