Clement Songola has work experience in multiple companies and roles. In 2023, they worked as a Mobile Money Card & Operations Support Officer at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they were a Call Centre Agent for the same company. In the same year, they also worked as a Corporate and Investment Banking Intern at FDH Bank and as a Sales Representative at MultiChoice Group, both in 2020.

Clement Songola pursued their education at The Catholic University of Malawi from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance.
