James Mandiza

James Mandiza has over 10 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. James began their career in 2010 as an IN and VAS Engineer at Access Communications Ltd, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Telekom Networks Malawi Limited and worked as a Billing Specialist - Revenue Assurance for a year. James then progressed to the role of Senior Administrator - Billing MIS from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Manager of IDD, Interconnect Billing, and MIS, where they were responsible for managing interconnect billing and settlement with carrier partners, vetting interconnect agreements, and forecasting monthly costs and revenues. James then moved on to become the Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting from 2019 to 2020, and currently holds the position of Senior Manager - Data Analytics and Reporting at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited.

James Mandiza completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science at upGrad.com from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, between 2007 and 2010.
