Janet Sipanala has a diverse work experience. Janet started their career in 2014 as an intern at the National Bank of Malawi, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern from April to June. Later in the same year, they also worked as a Service Center Intern from November to December.

In 2016, Janet joined Telekom Networks Malawi Limited as a Call Center Official and held this position until October 2017. Janet then transitioned to the role of Product Management Specialist, where they were responsible for Local Voice, IDD, and Customer Base. Janet worked in this role until December 2018.
