Joy Bauleni

Joy Bauleni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joy started their career in 2001 as a Power Engineer at International Power Control Systems, where they worked until 2004. Joy then joined TNM in 2004 as a Specialist-RAN Projects, and held this role until 2013. In 2014, Joy joined Telekom Networks Malawi Limited as a Manager-Technical Operations, a role they still hold.

Joy Bauleni attended the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, awarded by the City and Guilds of London Institute. Later, from 2008 to 2011, they studied at the same institution and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Their academic focus throughout their education history has been on electrical engineering.
