Margaret Ngwira

Margaret Ngwira has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Margaret is currently working as the Planning and Solutions Architect Manager - Core and VAS at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Mahindra Comviva as a Technical Team Lead from October 2016 to February 2018, where they were responsible for managing value added services for Airtel Malawi. During their tenure, they handled vendor management, KPI tracking, project delivery, RCA evaluation, and capacity management.

Margaret also has a significant work history at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited. From April 2014 to September 2016, they served as the Manager - Core & VAS Planning. Margaret also had brief stints as the Acting Manager - Core & VAS Planning from January 2014 to March 2014 and as a Planning Specialist - Packet Data & CDN from September 2013 to January 2014. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Supervisor - VAS & Datacom from September 2012 to September 2013 and as a VAS Engineer from December 2010 to September 2012.
