Tikhala Chilimba has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an intern at Smile Life Insurance Company. In 2017, they worked as a Program Intern at The Art and Global Health Center Africa and as a Tax Analysis Intern at Malawi Revenue Authority. From 2017 until now, Tikhala has been with Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, initially working as a Customer Care Official and later transitioning to the role of Product Management Officer. In their current role, Tikhala manages SMS and Value Added Services (VAS) revenue lines and products, focuses on driving customer retention and ensuring a good customer experience on the products and services provided.

Tikhala Chilimba pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Tikhala studied at the university from 2012 to 2016.
