Fauzan Feisal is a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience at Telkom Indonesia, where currently serves as Deputy Executive VP of Digital Business & Technology, overseeing group-level customer experience and leading the digitization of business processes. Key roles include Partnership Lead, managing strategic ITDRI partnerships across learning, innovation, and research, and leading the Digital Amoeba Program that supports internal startups focused on digital innovation. Further expertise is demonstrated in digital talent management, where efforts are directed at formulating future strategies and enhancing digital mastery within the organization. Previous positions include roles in governance, portfolio planning, and analysis, and experience prior to Telkom at PT. Saputra International as Head of Secretary.
