Wayan Pulantara

Wayan Pulantara, PhD, is a highly skilled Senior Software Architect at Telkom Indonesia, where responsibilities include strategic planning, technical design, and team mentorship. Prior to this role, Wayan served as Deputy Director of Informatics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, revitalizing legacy systems. Wayan has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at multiple University of Pittsburgh schools, teaching data science and technology courses, while engaging in significant research on telehealth and adaptive interventions. With a diverse background as a Research Scientist, Postdoctoral Associate, and co-founding Chief Architect at Noctem, Wayan has extensive experience in data science, software development, and health informatics. Wayan holds a PhD in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the same institution and Institut Teknologi Bandung, respectively.
