Fernando Soria Hernández

Fernando Soria Hernández is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, coaching, and communication. As the Director and Founder of the Instituto de Crecimiento Integral since October 2016, Fernando has been dedicated to fostering personal and organizational growth through sustainable development. In addition, Fernando serves as a Coordinator for the Madrid se Mueve TV Program and as Project Manager and Head of International Relations for España se Mueve, where responsibilities include project design and execution in health and sports. With a background in payment analysis and project management acquired at Merck and experience in cultural project management, Fernando also works as a freelance coach and trainer specializing in personal, executive, and sports coaching. This diverse skill set is supported by multiple academic qualifications, including a Master’s in Finances and certifications in coaching and project management.
