Johan Morel has extensive work experience in various roles at Telenet and Deloitte Belgium. At Telenet, they held positions such as VP Billing Experience, Head of Operational Excellence, and Channel Readiness & Improvement Director. Johan also served as Tribe lead for Change Experience, where they focused on customer journey and product changes. In addition, they managed the Learning & Communication organization and led the Process Improvement & Development team at Telenet. Prior to their time at Telenet, Johan worked as a Manager at Deloitte Belgium.
Johan Morel obtained a degree in Commercial Engineering from KU Leuven in the years 1995 to 2001. Johan also acquired a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2004. In 2016, Johan received training in Lean in service & administration, specifically Green Belt. Prior to their university education, Johan attended Sint Gummaruscollege from 1989 to 1995.
